Exactly what I think – no more, no less
A lovely spot nestled in a quiet street yet so close to a vibrant dining scene by the river. The helpful staff made our stay exceptional, assisting us warmly on a rainy arrival. Breakfast was simple but entirely adequate, providing a pleasant start to our adventurous days.

Charming hotel with a lovely courtyard for breakfast.
Unfortunately, my stay came with several challenges. Upon entering my initially assigned room, I found it lacking basic cleanliness, which ruined my experience right from the start. I was disappointed to find that my room did not have air conditioning, making it uncomfortably warm during my visit. The absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room felt unusual for a four-star establishment.

What a lovely spot right in the heart of Ljubljana! The staff were a proper friendly bunch and brekkie was decent, lots of fresh stuff to scoff. Just watch out, no lift, so if ya got a hefty suitcase, it’s a bit of a trek up the stairs!

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the Ljubljana Castle and right in the heart of the old town. The breakfast was generous, including a variety of fresh local produce and delightful cooked-to-order eggs. Plus, the charming decor with a lovely courtyard made every morning a pleasure.
No elevator.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a perfect location just a short walk from historic sites and bustling cafes, complementing the welcoming atmosphere with a nice bar/lounge area for unwinding after a day of exploration.
Nothing.

The location strikes a perfect balance between accessibility and tranquility, with the river and historic sites just a short walk away. Breakfast quality was respectable but not standout, and while the decor had a charming elegance, it bordered on the dated side. A notable positive was the availability of packed lunches, making day trips easier. The staff was generally friendly, although not always as attentive as one might hope.
